Jenny Barruol is a French-British self-shooting documentary director based in London. Over the years, she has made short documentaries about subjects such as eating disorders, Alzheimer's disease, domestic violence and animal therapy.
Through her films, she aims to convey personal journeys of resilience through an introspective, observational and poetic style of documentary. She is particularly drawn to stories surrounding our bodies, our minds, fragmentation and healing.

Jenny is a graduate from the National Film and TV School in Directing Documentary and a graduate from the University of Bristol in Modern Languages (Spanish and Russian).
